this little lookout point is called vista chinesa - chinese view - cuz of the view, duh, and the little chinese structure. i must say, rio surpassed my expectations. i actually wasn't expecting a thing -- didn't know what to expect. it was so much more beautiful and captivating than i could have imagined. and white. looking out, it's just a city of tall white buildings so it looks very clean. and the way it's set in the midst of layers and layers of peaked hills, yet borders the ocean. i love the contrasts.
