I turned 38 this month and bought myself a new toothbrush! It was very exciting.
A couple days later I flew to Boise to spend a weekend with my brother, Owen, and sister, Heather.
We had a great time shopping and eating.
We ate at this unbelievable French restaurant, Petite 4.
When I got home, the coronavirus was becoming a serious issue in Seattle area, so my college classes were moved online, Adam started working from home, and the kids' school was cancelled. I was still in denial for awhile and went to campus anyway, took the kids with me, and then afterward we went to this park in Bellevue.
The first day I tried to homeschool. I just bought a dozen donuts and went to meet a friend in downtown Seattle instead. Denial, denial.
We visited the majestic downtown public library the day before it closed down.
The kids and I walked around Pike Place and I let them put their own ABC gum on the gum wall. Gross.

March 14, we surprised the kids with a new puppy! It was something Adam and I had been planning for four months and I was bursting at the seams wanting to tell them the whole time. They were VERY surprised because we had told them for a long time that it was absolutely a NO.
What can I say? Sienna wore us down. She's been a dog lover for a couple years and after lots of talking and thinking, Adam and I decided it would be something we'd probably not regret if we did our research and got a good dog.
We are all obsessed with her. We named her Cleo.
On another outing, the kids and I went to UW campus to see the gorgeous cherry blossoms.

Adam baked bread one weekend and he was REAL happy about it.
