Howdy from the Marlboro man in Lukang.

I love this emaciated-looking man for some reason. It's the old people and the young people around here whose looks really fascinate me.

A temple in Lukang.

I think this is a rickshaw. Is it a rickshaw? Yes, I just looked it up. This is a rickshaw. I love, love, love this picture. Look at the hat and the quaint little street. This tourguide is showing the folks a Confucian temple that I am standing in front of. Lukang.
Edward. This kid can draw!
Amy (we call this one Big Amy and the other one Little Amy) is a little know-it-all. Again: do not be fooled by the innocent smirks on these little posers. They are competitive in school and do anything they can to be in the spotlight....aka annoy Techuch Massa.

These kids LOVE to play UNO. How else did they learn important
words and phrases like: Draw two, wild, skip and UNO!!
The aggravating and endearing Todd. I banned him from saying "monkey" and "crazy" because that's all he said when I asked him anything. But I let him still answer "sleepy" when I ask him how he is everyday...the kids DID just wake up from naps on the hard gym floor downstairs.
Lian is hard at work. This girl is precious with a capital P.
She just moved too Taichung and I miss her!!!

Angel is no angel. Do not be fooled by her name or this coy little pose. She speaks with a chainsmoker's voice and shouts out all the answers before I even ask the questions.
Livenjody definitely lives up to her name.

The divas are out...and they're flashing the obligitory peace sign. Lian, Amy, Angel.
This is my very own classroom on the 5th floor. And the kids are miraculously all in their seats.
